1.6. REQUIREMENTS FOR PAPERS. PAPER FORMAT
Each Paper must be in full compliance with the following requirements:
• Content should be of a high quality,
• The Customer's requirements should be followed to the letter,
• The Paper should be correctly formatted,
• Content should be 100% original,
• All quotations must be properly referenced and attributed,
• Delivery of the Paper must be on time.
• A minimum of 275 words per page for double spaced page, and 550 words for single spaced page.
• Use of Arial or Times new Roman font 12 pt,
• Paper is to be saved in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or Excel formats depending on the assignment,
• Paper must strictly follow a citation style (MLA, APA, Harvard, Chicago) determined by the Customer,
• Proper margins (1'' from each side),
• Double spaced lines,
• Footnotes and detailed or annotated bibliographies on customer's demand,
• Good grammar and punctuation.

1.7. CALCULATING PAYMENTS TO WRITERS
The amount you will be paid for each submitted Paper is based on the following parameters:
• Number of pages,
• Closeness of the deadline,
• Complexity of the Paper/Academic level,
• Amounts withheld as fines (for plagiarizing, being late, retracting from order or revision).
There are other factors that can affect the price per page. This occurs when variable components, usually defined by the Customers, come into play (for example, math paper of one page may differ in price from literature paper of one page.)

1.8. REVISIONS
Whenever the Customer is not satisfied with the quality of the Paper (to be proven) he/she can ask for a revision. The Writer is to complete the revision within the defined period of time.
If the Paper complies with the initial requirements of the Customer, the revision is done without extra payment to the Writer. Revisions may be additionally paid if the Customer changes his/her initial requirements.
It is mandatory for the Writer to complete a revision. In case of retracting from a revision, writer's payment may be recalculated based on a reason for retract. Each refusing a revision is assessed as a unique case and is treated individually.

1.9. TITLE AND REFERENCE PAGES
Title and reference pages are completed by writers for free as per agreement with a Customer.

1.10. PAYMENT DETAILS
• Payment periods: for the first two weeks the payment is issued on 16th-19th, for the next two weeks the payment is issued on 2nd-5th.

• Paypal: you should provide the Company with your Paypal account and a screenshot of it
• Prepaid Debit MasterCard®, Powered by Payoneer: you should register at Payoneer.com through your home page inside our system. After you will receive the card, you will be getting your funds directly to your card.

1.12. PAYMENTS WITHHELD
You agree that around ten- fifteen percent of each payment will be normally withheld. So, you will initially receive 90%-85% of each fee due to you.
The withholding promotes a better responsibility among our writers to help with any rewrites. It results in fewer cancellations and therefore greater continuity in the workflow (and payments) for our writers.

1.13. ADVANCED WRITER STATUS
We are always pleased when our writers are both conscientious and hard working. To help encourage this, we have a Bonus Policy, which rewards writers for their consistent efforts.
Advanced status allows you to use auto-assign option: to select an assignment for the Paper without going through the usual procedures, where an assignment is offered to you by the Company. Once you have applied for an order, it immediately appears in orders you have in process with initially set price and deadline. In our assessment process, we take into consideration the feedback we receive from the Customers. It is imperative that performance standards are kept high to maintain a favourable track record.

1.14. PENALTIES AND FINES
Fines and penalties are deductions made by the Company from the payments that are due to the Writer. The fines and penalties apply in the following cases:

Reason Percentage of fine Explanation
Plagiarism -300% You are obligated to upload plagiarism free work. In case the support team has detected plagiarism in your writing or the customer sends a plagiarism report, you will be penalized for 300% out of the total order price.
Lateness -30% If you did not upload the paper within 15 minutes after the deadline has passed, you will be fined for 30% of the total price for the first lateness with the order. In case you need any extension, do not hesitate to contact the support team before the actual deadline of the order. The fine will not be applied in case of approval from our side.
Second Lateness -25% If you are already late with an order and have not uploaded it within 1 hour for urgent orders (shorter than 24 hours) and 1 hour and 30 minutes for others after the deadline has passed, the fine of 25% will be implied and the case can be reassigned to another writer.
Re-assign of the order -25% to 100% If you have confirmed the order but decided to be re-assigned from it and less than half of the deadline has already passed, the fine of 25% of the total order price will be implied. If more than half of the deadline has already passed and you would like to be reassigned from the order - the fine of 50% of the total order price will be implied. You are responsible for taking orders that you can handle. If you want to be reassigned from the order right before the deadline, the company has a right to imply the fine of 100%.
Uncompleted order -100% If you have not completed the order for some reason and did not upload the work within 1 hour and 30 minutes after the deadline has passed (do not answer the phone calls, e-mail etc.), the order will be assigned to the other writer and you will be fined on the total price of the order. Please, keep in mind that by confirming the order you take a responsibility to complete it and deliver it on time. Feel free to contact the support team in case of any emergency.
Wrong format/reference page -15% You are obligated to follow the customer’s instructions and order details.
First lateness with the revision -25% If you are late with the revision of the order for 15 minutes after the revision deadline has passed, the fine of 15% will be implied
Second lateness with the revision -25% If you are late with the revision for the second time (no response from you has been received), the fine of 10% will be implied after 30 minutes have passed. The order will be assigned to another writer
Order on dispute Amount depends on the case We have received an email or message that customer is very unsatisfied with the order. Our dispute manager will review the case and decide whether the writer has indeed completed a low-quality work. If the manager confirms that the writer did not follow the instructions, has plagiarized the work, completed a low-quality paper etc., we will refund the whole amount to the client. The writer will not be paid for the order. The writer will be given a fine for the order on dispute. In case the manager does not agree to the client's complaint, the money will be still on hold for the order until the situation is resolved.
Not answering messages/calls Amount depends on the case You are obligated to pick up the phone when the support team gives a call in case of emergency. Grammar Amount depends on the case We expect perfect grammar in papers provided by the writer. A fine will be added as per evaluation criteria.
Making false "Clarification needed request" Amount depends on the case Some writers like to ask for unneeded and false "clarification requests" from the client in order to extend the deadline for the order. The support team carefully checks if the clarification is needed indeed. In case the writer simply cheats on the support team and the customer as well, the fine will be implied for cheating and the bad attitude.
Partial Plagiarism Amount depends on the case and starts from 20% In case a writer has copied a little part of text into his paper from any source without a proper citation, this fine will be applied.
Poor quality work Amount depends on the case If the overall quality of writing/designing of paper or presentation is low, this fine will be applied. This may concern the grammar issues and/or mistakes in the sense of the paper.
Did not correspond to the requested academic level Amount depends on the case If the paper is written in too simple words for the chosen academic level (unless this is required by the customer), the file will be applied in this case.
Late clarification request Amount depends on the case The writer is obliged to clarify all the unclear points about the instruction before confirming an order, or right after it was assigned. In case of late clarification request, the fine will be applied.

Fake extra payment request Amount depends on the case The fine will be added to the writer’s balance in case he/she asks for an extra payment, where it is not necessary.

1.15. CANCELLATION
If an assignment to write the Paper is cancelled by the Customer due to the low quality of a paper, late delivery, plagiarism and other reasons attributable to Writer's fault, the Writer will not receive the payment due for this Paper. Moreover, a fine may be applied by the Company.
The Writer is not liable for cancellation of an assignment made by the Customer due to own reasons which are not consistent with Writer's fault. In such cases the Writer receives the payment due for the Paper completed, but only if the Paper has been delivered to the Customer.
